We had a pretty rough speed workout today! It was 2x1000, 3x800, 4x400 all at two mile pace. I definitely wasn't where I wanted to be for pace, but I really pushed myself so I wasn't too disappointed with it. After the workout the cool down was pretty rough, but I survived. 😂
