| | Well it's been like five billion years since I posted, but Collin and Watson said I need to come back, so here we go...Today we had speed! 10 by 200s at mile pace, it was fun! Technically I was supposed to run 10 today, but I have to run 14 on Saturday for Boston training and am trying to be careful to not overdo it! After the run we had weights and abs, so pretty much I'm gonna be wrecked tomorrow!

| | I had to work right after school, so wasn't able to make it to practice. :/ Jamie told me to just take it easy so I'm gonna go do two on the treadmill and then bike, which will be kinda nice! Also shout out to the old lady that duped roxberry and took off with two large smoothies! 😁

| | Today was pretty darn awesome! We tried to make a loop and ended up going through a barb wire fence, trespassing, and as Collin would say "Being chased by a baby cow." Quote of the day once again goes to Collin who said, "I don't wanna be a shish kabob!" Also, I need some help with my senior quote so if you have any ideas help me out! Some of the guys think I should do something like "Bring on the golddiggers," or throw in the good ole ACT score and say "35. #golddiggers" or something like that. But basically I don't know, so help a pal out!

UHSTCA Indoor (1 Miles) 00:04:58 | | Fun race at the Olympic oval today! It was my first race, so I wasn' expecting too much out of it, but was happy to break five for the third time! My second and third lap were definitely not the best, so if I work on that I think I'll do much better. After the race we (Thomas, Michael, Guppy, and I) had a sick cool down in the dark and sang/jammed to some awesome songs. It was a great day!

| | Only ended up going twelve because I went a mile over yesterday and was feeling pretty wrecked. It was a nice run with a balmy temperature of five degrees when I started. 😂

| | Speed today! We had 3 sets of a 200, 400, then 200 up a hill. It was a little rough with the smog because I couldn't breathe super well, but I still did good in the workout! After that I got to go on mission splits with an elder from Mongolia, so that was cool!
