Nice long run today! I took it easy for most of it, except for four miles which I did at my goal marathon pace. Ended up with a 7:45 average and felt pretty good! Good luck to everyone in simplot finals today!!!

I had to run by myself today because I had my sterling scholar interview after school at lone peak. Pretty sure I didn't make it to finals lol. Just a four mile run with two four hundreds at a faster pace. I'm so pumped for simplot tomorrow!!!

Ran the jail trail today, which I thought was dumb cause it was supposed to be recovery and we have simplot in two days. 😑 Oh well, conformity is key, so I went anyways. 😂

Sorry gan... Last week was crazy so sorry I didn't post. Today we had 9x400s and 2x100s at two mile pace with the 100s all out. It wasn't too bad because it was just supposed to prep us for simplot this weekend. Shout out to the swimmers and freshman who got on my nerves by trying to sprint and keep up with us even though it was a two mile workout smh.
